How I work

1 - Fill out the Contact Form with a brief description of the project and services you require.

2 - I’ll get in touch with a selection of available dates for your project, along with a quote and my availability. At this point I'll also send you a much more detailed questionnaire to help me learn more about you, your business, and the brief.

3 - To book in, a 50% deposit is required before work can commence. (Projects quoted under £150 must be paid for in full at this point.)

4 - Once you’ve booked in and confirmed with a deposit, you’ll receive a written confirmation which a detailed timeline and checklist. If you would like to spread the cost, a payment plan can also be arranged at this point.

5 - Time to get to work!

6 - Throughout the project you’ll receive regular updates, and we can chat on the phone or zoom at each of the stages detailed in the plan.

7 - Your balance is due upon project completion. Depending on your project, you’ll receive any files and logins required at the end, and web design projects will receive 6 weeks of aftercare.
